Satin Spar Dragon Tower Carving - 110-120g

These wee cylindrical towers feature a pressed mold carving of a Chinese style dragon wrapping around the tower with a pyramid shaped crown on top. Satin Spar is a form of gypsum and is often sold as Selenite, which is the clearer occurrence of this material. Satin Spar is known for its fibrous nature, and its low Mohs hardness allows it to be carved in such a way. It has a matte polish and when held up to the light you can see all the striations of the material growth.
