All items come from a smoke free, pet friendly home. Items will be sent well wrapped and secured in a box for transit. Jewellery items come in dust bags and include a polishing cloth and care guide. Tracking will be provided the day of dispatch and in stock items will be sent within 1-2 business days from order creation. Dispatch days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

I am more than happy to ship items world-wide. All items are shipped directly from my studio here in Sydney, Australia. As the nature of my items are so varied in size, weight and required protection needs there is no one size meets all shipping cost.

Please send me a message either here or via my fb page with a list of items you desire, and I will calculate the required shipping and check with my available carriers to get you the best shipping quote possible. Upon confirmation I will create a custom listing or invoice for you that will include everything in detail for your records.

All discounted or clearance items are sold in as described condition, and all sales will be considered final. Returns/exchanges are not accepted on discounted items. All items will have any defects/damages noted in the listing description and there will be highlighted images to detail this information.

Should you desire additional images or video on any discounted items please send me a request and I will send additional information.

Ready to ship items can be cancelled at any time before item has been dispatched, please communicate before 12pm the next business day, Mon-Friday. Custom or made to order items unless otherwise discussed cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the nature of a commissioned work

Items can be refunded for change of mind within 7 days of receiving your order (excludes clearance). Listings where you may be given an intuitively selected piece/s from current available stock will be selected with quality, value and if communicated, specific traits the buyer has advised, to the best of my ability (eg - tumble stones with desired shape, size or inclusion type and smaller towers or basic jewellery items etc). To avoid unnecessary refunds, please communicate any requests prior to dispatch so I can ensure you receive pieces you will love and cherish. For change of mind any return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and refunds will be processed once stock has been received back undamaged and in original condition.

Please note that any refund will not include either the initial postage costs or the return postage costs as these are considered spent at time of purchase.

Sometimes crystals can arrive with damage, it is an unfortunate reality when shipping what is often very fragile minerals and rocks. Even with the best protective layers it can still be the case that an item arrives broken.

If any item arrives with damage or breakage that has not otherwise been noted in the listing (such as discounted items or clearance stock) then either a replacement or refund can be issued. Please contact me so I can follow up with the shipping company and ensure your satisfaction.

Proof of damage will be required via the use of photos and/or video, and it will be helpful if any damage to the package is recorded for follow up. If a replacement is available and desired, then Wolf Moon will take ownership of any additional postage fees.

All stone products will have natural cracks, voids, inclusions, chips and variances as is the nature when dealing with an organic material. This is all completely normal and expected and all listing images and videos will generally detail the exact piece you will receive. I am more than happy to provide additional images or video on request as I want to make sure you will love your new items and that they will bring you as much joy as I have had crafting or sourcing them. All stone will be labelled with material information, sizing and detail any treatments to the best of my ability.

Yes! If you are located in the general Sydney area and would prefer pickup as an option, I am more than happy to arrange a time and place for this.

As I do operate out of my home I generally arrange for a collection point which is most convenient for the buyer, normally one of the following.

As such I am more than happy to assist with alternative payment methods and layby style payment plans.

I currently accept Shopify Payments, Paypal Payments (which should allow Paypal 1-4 repayments), and also offer Afterpay which similar to Paypal if eligible will allow you to split the total order into more manageable repayments.

In addition to this I can also establish a layby which we would discuss and settle on a payment plan that suits your needs up to 10 weeks. This would involve personalised invoices sent to you on a schedule and once paid in full I would then ship out your items.

I currently do most of my designs using chainmail, copper electroforming, wire wrapping and some basic smithing. I also am learning to cut stones and will often use them in my work.

I also am working on designs for electroformed homewares and will update the website when these are available.
