Moss Agate + Druzy Quartz Tower - 3.6kg

Moss Agate is very much one of my favourite stones. Not only are agates in general beautiful, but this specific variety always reminds me off forests and lichen. You can get lost just following the patterns. The mossy patterning is a result of dendritic inclusions of manganese, chrome and iron. 

This tower was one of two I managed to get at a really good price. It is huge, sitting at a delightful 3.614kg. It is full of quartz druzy pockets and moves from gorgeous gemmy areas to more opaque white, dark green then growing in a network forming the moss. The pockets in this piece are phenomenal, filled with miniature points and lots of glinting prettiness.
